• Associate/bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career and case management services with goal setting.
• Serve as liaison for participants and partners, coordinating with county partners regarding cash, food, health care and childcare assistance.
• Complete essential documentation in electronic case files and notes; maintain program files.
