Job summary

Naadam is seeking a driven Merchandiser to shape and drive the Men’s assortment. Reporting to the Senior Director of Merchandising, you will own the line planning process, collaborate with Design, Planning, Production, and Marketing, and leverage data-driven insights to grow the business.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic assortments, optimize performance, and ensure the collection aligns with brand vision and seasonal goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hybrid Work - Employees are required to be in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Own the seasonal line plan, line sheets, and merch file for the Men’s assortment, partnering on overall direction.
• Lead the line planning process end-to-end, from concept through delivery, ensuring milestones are tracked and met.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Production, and Marketing to bring the Men’s assortment to life and drive strategy.
• Monitor performance and provide insights to optimize the assortment and pricing strategy.
