Curis Functional Health in Niles, IL is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This hybrid, flexible-position offers full-time or part-time options and a compensation range of $68,000–$115,000+ per year, depending on experience and licensure.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, or families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current Illinois clinical licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCPC or equivalent).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Help clients develop practical coping strategies and wellness skills.
