Job summary

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking licensed clinicians to provide mental health services in Maryland via in-person and telehealth sessions. The position is hybrid with late afternoon/evening availability and potential to grow into a full-time salaried role.

Ideal candidates are LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT with a Master’s in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with children, adolescents, and/or adults.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work.
• Licensed in Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) active and in good standing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.
• Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly billable hours providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth.
• Maintain accurate documentation of psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets.
• Develop and reassess individual treatment plans semi-annually.
• Refer clients to other services (PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management) as needed.
• Attend and participate in supervision and clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing rapidly! We are currently looking for innovative clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family. Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services in person and via telehealth at a minimum of 15 hours per week. Providers must be willing to see children, adolescents, and/or adults. This position does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried role. Please note: This is a HYBRID role. We are seeking a provider who has late afternoon/evening availability. Saturday availability is a plus!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Completeweekly billable hours by providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets.
• Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually.
• Assess clients' needs for other types of service such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment depending on the client’s needs.
• Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
