Job summary

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking licensed clinicians to join our growing team in Maryland. This hybrid role offers in-person, school-based, and telehealth options with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a focus on serving children ages 5-13.

The position may transition to a full-time salaried role, and provides opportunities for professional development and supervision within a supportive outpatient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and in good standing.
• Proficient in MS Office, internet, EHR/EMR, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible, organized, creative, and self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office, school, or via telehealth (minimum 10 hours/week).
• Complete and maintain accurate psychosocial evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing sheets.
• Develop and reassess individualized treatment plans semi-annually.
• Identify additional service needs (PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, referrals).
• Attend supervision and staff meetings; participate in professional development.

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing rapidly!

We are currently looking for innovative clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family. Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services in person, in school, and/or via telehealth at a minimum of 10 hours per week. Providers must be willing to see children ages 5-13 years of age.

This position does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried role. Please note: This is a HYBRID role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
• Licensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.
• Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Completeweekly billable hours by providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets.
• Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi-annually.
• Assess clients' needs for other types of service such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment depending on the client’s needs.
• Attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly supervision.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
