Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
• NMLS registration is required and must be maintained. Maintain licensing as Notary Public.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative member services and referrals to Wescom products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and teller transactions.
• Promote omni-channel member engagement across mobile, online, and in-branch services.
• Assist with loan applications and referrals to Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
