Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Member Services Analyst to support our client on site in Pittsburgh. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and a 6‑month contract, with potential extensions or conversion.

Must‑Haves include a Bachelor’s Degree and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or similar data visualization tools. Nice‑to‑Haves include prior sales or customer support experience and exposure to compliance, risk, or audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer member phone calls and assist with routine inquiries. Help resolve member issues and elevate more complex concerns, as needed.
• Support beginning and end-of-day operational tasks. Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions.
• Assist with member events such as new member onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.
• Support the team with reporting and maintaining critical documentation.
• Manage special projects and initiatives including documents reviews, procedure formatting and technical writing, and records management.
• Perform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested.
• Process applications and disbursements for down payment/closing cost assistance to first time homebuyers.
