Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years in Texas workers' compensation, medical bill review, or managed care; at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Expertise in TDI-DWC rules, CMS billing guidelines, and Texas workers' compensation medical fee guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient facility bill audit operations and medical fee dispute resolution.
• Develop cost containment strategies within the Texas workers' compensation system.
• Serve as SME in medical billing, vendor management, and compliance.
