Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Paralegal is required.
• 1 year of experience with ProLaw is preferred.
• 1 year of experience handling medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of obtaining records including drafting stipulations and subpoenas.
• Organize medical records and prepare medical chronologies.
• Communicate with expert witnesses and assist with scheduling.
• Assist with drafting and responding to written discovery.
• Conduct research using tools like Westlaw.
• Draft witness disclosures and pleadings for pre-trial filings.
