Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and current good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of medical malpractice experience preferred.
• Elder abuse law experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with the latest trends and best practices in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice matters, including written discovery.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting, adhering to case management requirements.
