Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a full-time Medical Dosimetrist for their Radiation Oncology Clinic at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center-East Bank. This role involves designing radiation therapy treatment plans and ensuring the delivery of accurate doses while maintaining patient safety.

The position offers a hybrid work plan, with initial onsite training. Candidates must be certified as Medical Dosimetrists and have familiarity with treatment planning systems.

Qualifications

• Certification required within two years of hire.
• Experience in radiation therapy and medical dosimetry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans and calculate radiation doses.
• Supervise and assist in fabrication of beam-modifying devices.
• Document calculation accuracy and treatment information.
• Provide technical support to the medical physicist.
