Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a skilled Dosimetrist to join our radiation therapy team. The role focuses on measuring, calculating, and optimizing dose distributions under the direction of the Radiation Therapy Physicist and Radiation Oncologist to ensure precise patient treatment.

Ideal candidates will have dosimetry training, CMD preparedness, and experience with planning systems such as Pinnacle3 and ARIA, plus familiarity with Varian and ARIA workflows.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited dosimetry program or equivalent training.
• Ability to sit for CMD board exam within one year of hire.
• Experience with radiation therapy planning systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and generate radiation dose distributions and calculations under supervision.
• Fabricate electron cutouts and custom bolus as needed.
• Operate radiation therapy planning software and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with Radiation Therapy Physicist and Oncologist on plans.
