Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in any healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in medical credentialing, payor enrollment, or related healthcare credentialing environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurances, and billing.
• Experience with electronic medical records and data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain credentialing files for providers and ensure current documentation.
• Onboard new providers and complete required checklists.
• Enroll providers with Medicaid and other payors; manage payer enrollment.
• Coordinate new office openings and update payer/internal rosters.
• Track and manage Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor credentialing.
