Zusammenfassung

Arizona Priority Care is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator I to handle initial credentialing and recredentialing for practitioners in line with contracted health plans, regulatory bodies, and NCQA standards. You will verify primary sources and manage data entry in Morrissey MSOW with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include managing the department email, processing mail, reviewing EzCap load notifications, entering data, contacting offices for information, and maintaining CAQH

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year administrative healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years credentialing/re-credentialing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Morrissey credentialing software preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage credentialing department email and route to folders.
• Process incoming mail and USPS items.
• Review EzCap load notifications for new contracted practitioners.
• Enter practitioner data into Morrissey MSOW with high accuracy.
• Contact offices for additional information to complete credentialing.
• Process verification documents (licensure, DEA, COI, etc.).
• Maintain Morrissey provider demographics and CAQH entries.
• Provide courteous, professional phone service and support.
