Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (Care Connect/EPIC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow by preparing the patient for the visit and providing services as directed by providers.
• Performs Care Connect EMR documentation and maintains EMR in basket.
• Maintains environment, equipment, and communicates any malfunctions to the appropriate department.
• Communicates with patients in a respectful and caring manner.
• Supports quality improvement activities and assists with front-office coordination.
