Job summary

StrideCare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations. You will greet patients, record vitals, assist with procedures, and help maintain room readiness with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities include handling patient flow, instruction delivery, and HIPAA-compliant record management. A CMA/RMA preferred and radiology license may be required by some shifts.

Qualifications

• > High School Diploma required.
• "> Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program required; CMA/RMA preferred.
• "> Radiologic Technologist license or Radiologic Technologist - Limited required.
• "> Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• "> Minimum 1 year experience in a physician office or hospital.

Responsibilities

• > Greet patients and escort to exam rooms.
• "> Obtain and record vitals: height, weight, BP, pulse, respiration, temperature.
• "> Measure and fit compression stockings; assist with donning.
• "> Take before/after pictures of patients.
• "> Prepare and stock rooms; assist with procedures and trays.
• "> Manage patient flow and schedule coordination.
• "> Issue pre/post-procedure instructions and prescriptions.
• "> Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
