The candidate should have a Mechanical or Aerospace degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, plus strong 3D CAD, GD&T, and documentation skills to deliver producible, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, drawings, GD&T, and documentation.
• Experience with structural mechanics, materials, and thermal effects.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and support production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace/defense mechanical hardware from concept to production.
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation for rocket hardware.
• Perform structural, thermal, fatigue, and vibration analyses; review data.
• Support integration, testing, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate across propulsion, systems, manufacturing, quality, and programs.
