Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a Managing Director for its Power and Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team based in New York. With over 15 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will manage a team of 10 analysts and oversee credit leadership in the ratings process.

This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of project finance and the power and energy sectors. The position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on analytical excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a capital markets and/or credit analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of the power and energy sectors, including renewable and conventional power.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10 analysts covering more than 75 public and private debt issuers.
• Provide credit leadership in the ratings process.
• Represent Fitch externally in meetings with issuers and market participants.
• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts within the project finance team.
