Job summary
US Foods is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across items, vendors, pricing, locations, and hierarchies. The role supports multiple business areas and partners with IT, Merchandising, and Finance to maintain data quality and governance.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (three days onsite per week) in the Chicago/Rosemont, IL area and collaborates across ERP, PIM, and merchandising systems to enable efficient retail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in master data or data governance.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and maintain master data for items, vendors, stores, pricing, and hierarchies.
- Enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and business rules.
- Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve inaccuracies and duplicates.
- Collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Store Operations, Marketing and E-commerce teams.
- Support system integrations and data synchronization across platforms.
