Job summary

Steiner Industries, a division of Bunzl, seeks a hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive strategy and day‑to‑day operations. The role partners with the Director of Sales and Marketing to balance leadership and execution, owning campaigns, budgeting, and reporting.

The position is hybrid in Cerritos, CA, requiring collaboration across digital and traditional channels, distributor programs, and trade shows while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience with measurable results.
• Hands-on digital marketing including SEO, website management, email marketing and campaigns.
• Proven ability to execute strategy with ownership and follow-through.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns defined by leadership.
• Lead day-to-day marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage calendar, projects, budgets, and timelines to hit goals.
• Track performance and report results to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with distributors and national accounts on co‑op programs.
• Plan and execute 6–8 trade shows annually and prepare sales enablement assets.
