Ingevity is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the development of marketing materials, trade show assets, and website content. The role collaborates with commercial teams to ensure brand consistency across brochures, ads, and digital assets on a refreshed website.

The position requires hands-on experience with InDesign/Illustrator and WordPress, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships. Hybrid work with on-site presence in North Charleston, SC.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Experience managing website content in WordPress.
• Experience pulling reports from Google Analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors such as printers and trade show suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Create marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, ads and trade show graphics.
• Coordinate trade show logistics, including booth materials and deadlines.
• Manage collateral projects from intake through commercial review and approvals.
• Use Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to produce collateral and coordinate with a freelance designer and vendors.
• Maintain and update content on Ingevity’s WordPress website and coordinate launch tasks.
• Pull monthly website analytics and share insights with the Sr. Manager Marketing.
• Draft social media posts that support commercial teams.
