Job summary

Sokolove Law, LLC is seeking a Marketing Associate to support execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly across digital and offline channels.

This early-career role emphasizes hands-on experience in campaign management, creative development, and performance analysis within a collaborative team environment, with a hybrid work arrangement in Chestnut Hill, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in coordinating multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel, direct response lead generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for assets, copy, and timelines.
• Support development and trafficking of marketing materials (DRTV, mail, digital ads, emails).
• Assist with QA, proofreading, and compliance checks before launch.
• Track milestones, maintain documentation, and report on progress.
• Support email campaigns in Emma, Constant Contact, and other platforms.
