Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns — direct mail, email, SMS, and digital/paid.
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Track key metrics (volume, CAC, conversions) and translate results into recommendations.
• Support testing (A/B and multivariate) to optimize campaigns.
