Job summary

LeoForce in Irving, TX is seeking a Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition and retention campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, and digital channels, with growing emphasis on data and analytics and AI-powered tools to guide decisions.

You will partner with creative, compliance, risk, and external vendors to bring campaigns to life on tight timelines and to help build a test-and-learn roadmap that drives loan originations growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in direct response, email, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, data providers, printers, or lettershops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Manage creative review and production with stakeholders and agency partners to meet tight timelines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate, on-time campaign delivery.
• Partner with Risk and Analytics to track key metrics and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Support test design and execution (A/B and multivariate) across offer, creative, and channel.
• Pull and interpret campaign data using Heap GA4 Excel dashboards and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Maintain campaign calendars and timelines; flag risks and dependencies.
