Job summary

Alpine Bank is seeking a Marketing Reporting Analyst to gather, organize, and interpret marketing data across channels to evaluate campaigns, forecast trends, and support budget decisions. The role includes handling customer surveys and insights, and is based in Colorado with hybrid work options.

You will build dashboards in Power BI/Looker Studio, monitor marketing performance, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Data Analytics or MIS preferred.
• Two years of data analysis experience; banking environment preferred.
• Colorado driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive reporting and deeper level reporting for the company and the marketing department.
• Monitors and forecasts marketing performance in all PESO stages, allowing lifecycle stage reporting to educate and inform on performance level of marketing efforts.
• Identifies trends and correlated data early in a marketing campaign process to ensure strategic goals are met.
• Builds and maintains dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, or other contemporary reporting systems.
• Supports budget allocation decisions by modeling expected ROI within the funnel reporting process.
• Designs, develops, implements, analyzes, and reports the annual customer loyalty survey, distributing results to Management.
• Designs, develops, implements, analyzes, and reports the monthly customer onboarding survey, distributing results to Management.
• Develops market position reports for the company and its operating units as requested.
• Performs special studies and develops data and information, assessment and recommendations as requested.
• Collaborates with the Marketing team in developing campaigns and promotions.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
