Job summary

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Data Analytics or MIS preferred
• > Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid Colorado Driver's License required
• > Minimum two years of data analysis experience; banking experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop executive and deeper level reporting for the company and marketing department.
• Monitor and forecast marketing performance across PESO stages and lifecycle reporting.
• Identify trends and correlated data early in campaigns to meet strategic goals.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, or other reporting systems.
• Support budget allocation by modeling ROI within funnel reports.
• Design and report annual customer loyalty survey results to Management.
• Design and report monthly customer onboarding survey results to Management.
• Develop market position reports for operating units as requested.
• Perform special studies and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions.
• On-site attendance is required as an essential function; remote work allowed within hybrid schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
