Cartamundi in Erlanger, KY is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead monthly close, produce financial statements, and ensure compliance across US operations. You will supervise two staff and collaborate with global finance to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 8+ years in accounting, experience with SAP and Tagetik, and strong analytical skills. This hybrid role requires problem solving and partnership with commercial, licensing, and corporate finance teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting and month-end close.
Experience leading and developing staff; multinational exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly and annual general accounting close processes with accuracy and deadlines.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate tax filings and respond to audits; support internal controls.
Own royalty reporting and SG&A cost center reporting; assist budgeting.
