Formación

• 4-year college degree or relevant equivalent experience with strong mainframe programming skills.
• 5+ years of experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects related to software engineering of the LTC CLOAS Admin system.
• Lead technical sessions to understand complex business needs.
• Implement continuous improvement as part of normal operations.
