Job summary

Geode Health is hiring a Mental Health Therapist (LPC-A) in the Austin area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and deliver psychotherapy across a broad spectrum. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed.

The role emphasizes outcomes-based care with a patient-centered approach. We offer a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, plus ongoing professional development and a supportive practice

Qualifications

• Active LPC-A in Texas.
• At least one year of clinical supervision completed (preferred).
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and keeping EHRs up to date.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire to grow professionally through supervision and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
