Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, operations management, statistics, or related field; master’s a plus.
• Minimum of three years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business data analytics.
• Three years' experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, and SQL queries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Creates executive-level reports and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL to support supply chain decision-making.
• Develops and maintains data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting documentation for data consistency across systems.
• Monitors end-to-end RMA performance including return rates, device failure rates, and repair cycle times.
• Develops metrics to track repair costs, replacement rates, and return reasons across products and suppliers.
• Supports NetSuite projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating UAT.
• Analyzes freight spend, carrier performance, and shipping trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitors service level metrics including on-time delivery, returns, SLA compliance, and order accuracy.
• Performs variance analysis against budget and historical performance to identify risks and drivers.
• Develops dashboards and KPI reporting for transportation, warehousing, and logistics costs.
• Analyzes failure trends to support corrective actions and supplier quality improvements.
• Supports new product launches to ensure supplier quality meets required standards.
• Translates business requirements into functional analytical solutions with cross-functional teams.
