• Bring at least 2+ years of experience in a traffic or logistics role.
• Maintain current hazardous certification in all modes of transport.
• Possess strong clerical, computer, and office equipment skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all U.S. and Canadian orders into shipping documents and invoices, ensuring timely distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Production for smooth inter-company communication.
• Provide order tracking, freight rate quotes, and knowledge of shipping modes for efficient transportation.
• Manage damaged freight procedures, including filing/processing claims and auditing freight bills.
• Maintain up-to-date HazMat certification for all transport modes.
• Escalate issues and ensure compliance with corporate policies; interact with carriers and customers.
