Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging, supply chain, or logistics roles with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and document operational processes and standards.
• Knowledge of global logistics operations, material handling, and shipping standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics packaging and shipping solutions that optimize trailer utilization and reduce transportation costs across the global network.
• Document and standardize shipping and receiving processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence worldwide.
• Collaborate with logistics operations, manufacturing, procurement, and distribution teams to integrate packaging solutions seamlessly into the supply chain.
• Analyze logistics loading processes, including crating, decking, and returnables, to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Track and report KPIs related to packaging efficiency and load factor performance, leveraging analytics tools like Power BI to drive continuous improvement.
