• Must be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet or seated for extended periods.
• Flexibility to shift roles quickly based on business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport cannabis products to dispensaries and other licensed facilities in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform accurate delivery of products in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all required manifests and documents are accurate and accompany each delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with co-workers, customers, and intake personnel.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and regulatory agents.
• Handle products with care and ensure security protocols are followed at all times.
• Fulfillment/Vault: support in fulfilling orders and assisting vault staff in daily operations.
• Packaging: packing, labeling, sealing, and organizing finished goods according to compliance standards.
• Trim: hand trimming and manicuring of cannabis buds.
• Cultivation: assist in maintaining grow rooms and harvests.
