Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a delivery driver in Winchester, KY to safely transport medication to dispensaries and support our logistics team.

You will follow state regulations, perform timely deliveries, document maintenance and communicate delays to leadership while upholding high standards of accuracy and customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Report, and onboarding requirements.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Work around plant material, exposure to pollen/dust.
• Sit, stand, kneel or perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport medication to dispensaries.
• Must understand state regulations for delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure compliance by staff.
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate delays to Logistics leadership and dispensaries.
• Follow all rules of the road and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and complete required paperwork.
• Develop positive relationships with dispensaries and support cross-department communication.
