Candidates should have at least 1 year in loan processing, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of loan processing experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all documentation related to deals submitted for credit review.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system—from origination to approval.
• Works with Sales Managers to assist in resolving potential problems with pending deals.
• Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies.
• Teamwork – Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
• Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
