Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in live production, strong budgeting, crew coordination, and familiarity with playback software. The role follows a hybrid model based in Atlanta and requires travel about 15% of the time.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in live production or live events.
• Solid understanding of live production workflows, including multi‑camera setups, streaming platforms, and graphics playback software.
• Experience calling shows and managing cues, timing, and live content flow in real time.
• Experience managing production budgets, run‑of‑show documents, and coordinating crew and talent logistics.
• Familiarity with playback software and how it integrates into live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Senior Live Producer and collaborates with the Video Team and clients.
• Owns mid-scale live productions end-to-end from pre‑production to wrap.
• Supports larger productions by owning specific work streams like scheduling or vendor management.
• Develops and maintains budgets, run‑of‑show docs, shot lists, and crew calls.
• Leads shows on-site or remotely, directing timing and content flow with directors and talent.
• Troubleshoots technical/logistical issues with composure in fast-paced environments.
