Job Juncture is handling a search for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney (Products Liability) in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on defending matters across products liability, toxic tort, medical device, and medical negligence defense, requiring strong advocacy and exceptional writing skills.

The successful candidate will manage discovery, take depositions, draft filings, and collaborate with trial teams, all within a hybrid work model at a nationally recognized firm.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on products liability, toxic tort, medical device, or medical negligence defense.
• Ability to manage discovery and take depositions with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Defend clients in products liability, toxic tort, medical device, and medical negligence matters.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Perform legal research and prepare persuasive written work product.
• Collaborate with trial teams on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
