Sandhu Law Group, APC in California is seeking a highly motivated paralegal with 7+ years of recent litigation experience, insurance defense preferred. This role supports attorneys through every phase of litigation and offers a hybrid schedule.

You will draft and proofread documents, manage large volumes of records, assist in depositions, hearings and trials, and perform legal research. The firm emphasizes teamwork and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recent litigation experience, insurance defense preferred.
• Paralegal certificate with CLE requirements met.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court processes, including e-filing.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with case management from intake to resolution.
• Draft litigation documents: complaints, answers, discovery and motions.
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including drafting and responding.
• Analyze medical records, deposition transcripts and case files.
• Track deadlines and court deadlines; manage filings.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research using California Rules of Court and local rules.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain timekeeping records for billable matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
