De Vore Recruiting seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support active litigation and trial matters in Los Angeles. You will assist with case preparation, discovery, document management, and legal research, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong eDiscovery experience, exemplary writing and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple attorneys and matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum litigation experience with ability to support multiple matters.
• Experience with eDiscovery and document management essential.
• Experience with Relativity and NextPoint preferred; Westlaw required or preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active litigation and trial matters from case preparation through resolution.
• Assist with document management, discovery, and eDiscovery processes.
• Organize and manage large volumes of case documents and information.
• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting and preparing legal documents.
• Track deadlines and case developments; monitor critical litigation requirements.
• Provide general litigation and trial support as needed.
