Marshall Dennehey, a nationally recognized civil defense litigation firm, seeks a full-time Paralegal for our Mount Laurel, NJ office. Ideal for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and values professionalism, respect, and collaboration.

Responsibilities include document review, chronologies, trial prep, and discovery management; requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience and a law degree or equivalent. Hybrid schedule offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain, review, and analyze documents including medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Compile evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
• Generate status reports, logs, and case indexes.
• Correspond with clients and opposing law firms.
• Conduct legal and medical research, including review of expert materials.
