Marshall Dennehey is seeking a full-time paralegal for our Mount Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience and holds a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; ABA-approved paralegal certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing documents and records.
• Creating case chronologies and trial notebooks.
• Preparing notebooks, exhibits, and witness files for trial.
• Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
• Conducting legal and medical research and reviewing expert materials.
