Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, seeks a Litigation Docket Clerk to support its litigation practice firmwide. The role supports docketing across multiple courts with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule in several California locations and Seattle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of relevant litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Understanding of court docketing procedures and familiarity with court filings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the firm’s docket system for litigation lawyers in multiple courts.
• Obtains filing information from court clerks and online dockets.
• Identifies deadlines and prepares a master calendar for distribution to lawyers and staff.
• Resolves questions regarding deadlines, calculations, local rules, etc.
• Responds to requests about calendared events, pleadings, and procedures.
