Job summary

You will handle civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes for corporate clients, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and conduct legal research to support senior partners in trial preparation. You will also participate in client meetings to provide strategic advice.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Member of the State Bar of California (or eligibility for admission).
