Lathrop GPM LLP in California seeks an associate with 4–6 years of litigation experience to join our Sacramento or San Jose office. The ideal candidate will handle construction, real estate, and related general commercial litigation matters, maintain strong client service, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Candidates must hold an active California law license in good standing, possess exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and be prepared to appear in court as needed.

Qualificações

• Active California law license in good standing.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience with construction/real estate matters.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams; strong client service and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle construction, real estate, and related general commercial litigation matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Appear in court when required; deposition experience preferred but not required.
