You will manage diverse disputes from inception through resolution, coordinating with clients and senior attorneys. Responsibilities include drafting, depositions, motions, court appearances, and trial preparation, with a focus on strategic litigation and client service.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and advocacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day aspects of commercial litigation matters.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Develop litigation strategy with clients and senior attorneys.
• Assist with trial preparation, mediation, and dispute resolution.
• Manage deadlines, case budgets, and multiple active matters.
