Qualifications

• Ability to manage files and own cases with strong written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and other assignments per Law Department guidelines
• Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings
• Develop trial strategy and case development
• Attend litigation events including trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings
