Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in business disputes, fiduciary litigation, bankruptcy, insolvencies, creditors' rights, and trustee representation matters.
• Regularly attend hearings, take and defend depositions, represent clients at mediations and trials
• Experience practicing in state and federal courts
• Excellent writing and research skills are a must!
