Qualifications

• Five years of experience dealing with complex business litigation with an emphasis in bankruptcy matters.
• Experience representing financial institutions regarding bankruptcy and creditor rights disputes, recovering funds and assets.
• Experience conducting discovery, including written and deposition discovery.
• Experience mediating and negotiating case settlements.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
