Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in litigation, state or federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in pre-trial, trial, and appellate work.
• Draft pleadings and discovery, and argue motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Communicate with clients and develop case strategies.
