Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Madison, WI seeks an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, municipal representation, worker's compensation, and/or commercial litigation, to join a thriving practice.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week, strong interpersonal and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases before state and federal courts with confidence.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience before state/federal courts.
• Jury trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from pre-trial to appeals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions.
• Perform legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Communicate with clients to assess needs and advise them.
• Develop case strategies to resolve matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Build client relationships based on trust and communication.
